Private 1:1 Coaching
In person in Elk Grove Village, IL, or online.
A 90-minute conversation to discuss your needs, explore how we might work together, and determine whether this coaching program is right for you.
Maybe your life looks fine from the outside, but inside you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, overthinking, relationship struggles, or patterns you can’t seem to change.
Or perhaps your body isn’t feeling the way you want it to. You may be experiencing ongoing health concerns, poor sleep, digestive issues, low energy, or chronic stress, and you’re looking for a better understanding of what your body needs.
Sometimes, it’s both. How you think, feel, care for your body, and respond to life’s challenges are all connected.
My approach is individualized. Together, we explore what’s happening in your life and identify practical ways to support your emotional well-being, physical health, and relationship with yourself.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. We start with you, your concerns, and what you want to change.
UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF CHANGES EVERYTHING
Most of us don’t consciously choose how we relate to ourselves or other people. We learn it through our experiences, our families, and the messages we receive about love, acceptance, and our own worth.
Over time, these lessons can become patterns. We may put others first, struggle to set boundaries, react in ways we don’t understand, or find it difficult to trust our own decisions.
I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I LIVED IT
For years, my life looked fine from the outside. But internally, I struggled with anger, frustration, overthinking, and a lack of inner peace. I didn’t fully understand how much my learned patterns shaped the way I treated myself, related to others, and experienced life.
Things began to change when I started understanding myself differently. I learned to recognize my patterns, trust myself, and make choices that reflected what I truly needed.
Today, I can experience stress, uncertainty, and disappointment without letting them define my entire life. I don’t need everything around me to be perfect to feel at peace with myself.
This is the perspective I bring to my work: helping you understand yourself more deeply, recognize what may be getting in your way, and find practical ways to support your emotional well-being and physical health.
No two women arrive here with the same story. And no two women need exactly the same things to move forward.
That’s why our work begins with understanding you — your experiences, your physical well-being, your emotions, your habits, and what you’re struggling with right now.
We take the time to explore the patterns that may be influencing how you feel and how you live. Through thoughtful questions and honest conversation, you begin to see yourself more clearly and recognize where you may want something to change.
From there, we work together to find what supports you best. That might mean exploring a new perspective, working with emotions, changing daily habits, or introducing practices such as Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, or nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
We don’t follow a rigid formula or expect you to change everything at once. We pay attention to what’s working, what’s challenging, and what you need as you move forward.
This is your process, shaped around your life, your needs, and the woman you’re becoming.
I chose to work with women over six months because meaningful change takes time. It’s not about following a quick fix or trying harder for a few weeks. It’s about developing awareness, practicing new ways of responding, and gradually bringing those changes into your everyday life.
Maybe you’re struggling with your health. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, exhausted from putting everyone else first, or caught in patterns you keep repeating even though you know you want something different.
You may have tried diets, supplements, exercise programs, or countless ways to change your life. You may understand what you should be doing, yet still find yourself returning to the same habits, emotions, and ways of living.
And somewhere inside, you know there’s more to your life than this.
You don’t need another list of things to fix. You need to understand yourself.
Through our work together, we’ll explore your physical well-being, emotions, habits, life experiences, and the patterns influencing how you feel and live. We’ll bring awareness to what’s happening beneath the surface, without assuming we already know the answers.
From there, we’ll work together to create change that makes sense for you — with personalized practices, deeper self-awareness, and practical steps you can bring into your everyday life.
As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, you can learn to trust yourself, care for your needs without abandoning everyone else’s, and make choices from a place of awareness rather than fear, guilt, or autopilot.
The goal isn’t to become a better version of someone you think you should be.
It’s to feel at home in your own body, connected to your heart and inner wisdom, and able to experience more freedom, peace, joy, and meaning in your life.
This is your invitation to return to yourself — and discover what becomes possible when you begin living from that place.
Your six months together are completely individualized to you. We work with what’s happening in your life, what you’re struggling with, and what you want to change. As you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll explore the practices and changes that best support your needs.

Meet with me in person in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, or work with me online from wherever you are. Wherever we meet, our work is tailored to your needs, your goals, and your life.
You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change or why you’re feeling the way you do.
Maybe your biggest struggle is physical. Maybe it’s emotional. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or you feel disconnected from yourself and don’t know how to get back.
You don’t need to fit into one category. We begin with what’s happening in your life and what matters most to you, then explore the areas where you need support.
Because your physical well-being, emotions, thoughts, habits, and daily life are interconnected, our work is shaped around you — not a predetermined formula.
Here are some of the areas we may explore together:
Anxiety, persistent worry, and overthinking
Feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck
Low mood, sadness, and depressive feelings
Obsessive thoughts and repetitive patterns
Emotional reactions that feel difficult to manage
Relationship challenges, boundaries, and self-trust
Chronic stress and difficulty relaxing
Feeling constantly on edge or unable to switch off
Difficulty feeling calm, safe, or settled
Stress that affects your sleep, mood, energy, or daily life
Patterns of reactivity, tension, and overwhelm
Learning practical ways to regulate stress and respond differently to life’s challenges
Ongoing or chronic health concerns
Inflammation and digestive issues
Hormonal changes and related concerns
Sleep difficulties and persistent fatigue
Low energy and challenges with daily habits
Nutrition, movement, and lifestyle practices that support your health
Your mind, emotions, daily habits, and physical health can influence one another. We look at what you’re experiencing, identify areas where you can make meaningful changes, and develop an individualized approach using coaching, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and natural health education.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you’re wondering whether this kind of support fits your needs, reach out and tell me a little about what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to change.
We can explore whether my approach is a good fit and whether an initial consultation makes sense.
