A Journey to Self-Discovery, Healing & Reconnection
INNER CHILD
ARE YOU READY TO MEET LITTLE YOU-YOUR INNER CHILD?
Thursday, December 3rd. from 6:15pm. to 8:15pm.
It’s time to give yourself the attention, understanding, and tenderness you deserve.
Do you ever feel that, no matter how much you work on yourself, how many changes you make, or how hard you try, you keep finding yourself in the same situations?
As if certain patterns and challenges keep repeating in your life, and you can’t quite understand why.
Maybe you feel that you’re always there for everyone else, doing your best to help, support, and make others happy. Yet sometimes, the people closest to you make you feel selfish simply for expressing your own needs.
And when you need a little understanding, appreciation, or support yourself, it seems that nobody notices how much you’ve been giving.
Have you ever stopped to wonder where these patterns might come from?
I’ll guide you through this experience. All you need to do is give yourself permission to slow down, explore, and be open to what comes up.
I know what it feels like to be pulled in different directions, trying to be there for everyone, making sure everyone is okay, and sometimes forgetting about yourself in the process.
I know what it feels like to give so much, yet still feel misunderstood, unappreciated, or as if what you do is never enough.
And I also know how painful it can be when you need support, understanding, or simply someone to recognize what you’re going through.
Over time, I began to understand that some of the patterns we experience as adults have deeper roots. The way we see ourselves, the need to please others, the difficulty setting boundaries, and the feeling that we have to prove our worth can be connected to experiences and beliefs we developed much earlier in life.
This is why reconnecting with our inner child is so important.
And during this workshop, I’ll guide you through an experience of exploration, reflection, and reconnection.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE THAT THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU?
Sometimes, the signs are right there in our everyday lives, but we don’t recognize where they come from.
You might benefit from exploring your relationship with your inner child if you:
Feel you constantly need to prove yourself or earn other people’s approval.
Find it difficult to say no because you don’t want to disappoint anyone.
Feel guilty when you put your own needs first.
Are afraid of being rejected, criticized, or misunderstood.
Take things personally or feel deeply hurt by other people’s words.
Often feel that you’re not good enough, no matter how much you accomplish.
Repeat similar patterns in your relationships.
Find yourself seeking love, validation, or appreciation from others.
Have difficulty expressing your feelings or asking for what you need.
Feel you’ve lost touch with your playful, carefree, joyful side.
You don’t have to identify with every point. Even recognizing yourself in just a few of these experiences may be an invitation to look a little deeper.
It’s not about blaming your childhood or anyone in it. It’s about understanding yourself, recognizing the patterns you carry, and giving yourself the attention, compassion, and care you deserve.
Why Is This Process So Important?
Through my own personal growth and self-discovery, I began to understand just how deeply my childhood experiences, suppressed emotions, and beliefs were influencing the way I saw myself and experienced life.
As I began working with my inner child, recognizing those emotions, and allowing myself to process them, something shifted within me.
This work changed the way I relate to myself and the world around me. After this step, nothing was quite the same.
I began noticing changes in every area of my life:
The way I approached romantic relationships and what I allowed into my life.
My relationship with my parents and family.
My beliefs about money, abundance, and what I deserve.
My confidence, self-worth, and ability to truly love and accept myself.
