1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon fennel
1/4 teaspoon fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon rose petals
1 cup of boiling water
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together, add boiling water, cover it for 5 minutes and ENJOY.
Reminder: Pregnant or nursing women and children shouldn’t drink pitta tea. Although most people can enjoy a cup of pitta tea occasionally, avoid drinking excess amounts of any type of tea, because everything is about BALANCE.
