Kundalini yoga class recommends wearing white clothing and natural fibers to enhance the aura, but it’s important to remember that it’s not mandatory. Feel free to dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable during your practice.

Kundalini Yoga involves a lot of energy. Head coverings are great for keeping your energy contained and your focus on point, especially during yoga or when you need to concentrate and think clearly. They really do help you “keep your head together.” Wearing one isn’t mandatory in class, but some opt for it for these benefits. Plus, it naturally adjusts the skull and stabilizes the the brain’s 26 parts connected to the nervous system and electromagnetic field.

Absolutely! Beginners are more than welcome to join any Kundalini Yoga class. Don’t worry if you’re not as flexible as others, Kundalini Yoga is suitable for all levels of physical ability. In fact, you can even use a chair if necessary. Just come as you are, do the best you can and be happy about it.
