Inspire detox is a 14-day journey towards your healthy body, mind and soul. We are doing Inspire detox twice per year. Inspire detox is done on two equinoxes-Spring and Fall because those are the two out of four most powerful days in a year.
During these times of transition through the seasons there are natural forces in nature that carry different energies that support us, and we really want to embrace those energies during detox time.

I have a passion for health, yoga, and overall wellbeing. I have created Inspire detox program based on years of research of trial and error what works and what doesn’t. I have learned a lot about the human body and the mind and their connection when it comes to healing and our overall wellbeing.
Also, I have learned that even though there is no one way for everyone, everyone can greatly benefit from detox regardless of age, body constitution and lifestyle. I stand behind saying:
“You are what you consume”, because what we put inside of our bodies affects our physical, mental and emotional state. I’m not talking only about consumption of food here, but also about what we watch, listen, read and who are we surrounded with plays as important role in our overall wellbeing as the food.
