This natural remedy is great for fighting colds, soothing sore throats and building up immune system.

You need:

-raw honey

-lemon

-jar

All you need to do is to is to slice the lemon, put in the jar and pour the honey over. You can also add a little bit of ginger which is great stomach soother or/and cinnamon which is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.

This mixture will help clear mucus, kill bacteria and soothe soreness. You can use for teas, or add a spoonful to some spring water or distilled water for “hot lemonade.”

You can store it in a cool cupboard or in the fridge and you don’t have to worry about spoiling because honey sweetens up the acid and acts as a natural preservative.
