Ingredients:
1 gallon of water
1 heaping tsp green cardamom pods (crack open with the side of the knife)
1 heaping tsp whole cloves
1 heaping tsp whole peppercorns
8-10 cinnamon sticks
1 black tea bag
ginger root
Instructions:

Bring the water to boil with lid on.

Add all ingredients (created tea bag or by itself)

Place the lid back and continue to boil for about 45 minutes, on medium heat.

After 45 minutes remove tea bag, turn off the heat and add one bag of black tea (Jasmine or other), and leave it in for about 5 minutes.

Allow it to sit for few hours with lid on before adding milk and honey.
