Eggshell and calcium importance

We all know the importance of calcium, especially for women. Calcium is necessary for bone density and preventing the osteopherosis. This mineral is regulates the heart beat, normalizes the functioning of nervous system and muscle tissues, it is connected to all the issues with tyroid and paratyroid…etc.

Egg shells contain up to 27 different vitamins and minerals. They are the best natural source of calcium because they contain 90% of this mineral. The body absorbs the egg shells very easily becasue they are almost identical to the human bones and teeth in chemical composition. If consumed in large dosage the egg shells not only help with calcium production, but also stop developing osteoporozis. Also, they helps with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Some of the other minerals are magnesium, glucosamine, collagen, hyaluronic acid and potassium. Here are some great recipes with magical egg shells.

Tyroid functioning

4 egg shells

1 lemon

1 lb honey

15 oz vodka

Wash the egg shells, dry them out and crush them. Place them into a mason jar and pour the lemon juice over them. Close the jar and leave it in the fridge for couple of days. After couple of days, take it out and strain it, leaving only the liquid part. Mix it with vodka and honey. Leave if for 7 days before using it. Take 1 tbsp, 2 times/day after the meal.

Egg shells from organic pasture chicken eggs

Dry the raw or boiled eggshells and bake them on 200 F for 15 minutes, to kill any lingering bacteria.

Crush them into the powder, which you can add in your smoothies or even into your coffee to lessen the acidity of the coffee.

1/2 teaspoon of powdered egg shells will provide you with 400mg. of calcium.

In the case that you do not want to eat them, please do not throw them out because Mother Earth will love you for it.

Wash the egg shells. Put them into the oven on 200 F, for 15 minutes. Crush them and add water. Keep the water with the egg shells in the fridge for one week. Take 2- 3 cups with a little bit of lemon juice.
